Couple of months ago I came back from a trip to Sri Lanka. Not likely there is a chance to experience a new country from just a first two week visit. Nevertheless I was quite inspired with Sri Lanka! With its people, architecture and even the everyday street life. It was a sort of recon operation for me and the photos appeared to be more like scetches. Anyway I still like some of them and wish to show these few to you.

Hi Pavel, Don’t be put off by the brevity of your visit. You clearly had your eyes open! A ‘recon’ visit maybe but these are an excellent portrait of your brief observation of humankind in Sri Lanka ‘today’. I have travelled all over the world, with the exception of south America, always on short official assignments and certainly never longer than 5 weeks. You do what you can with the time you have and judging by the images here, you have done a great job. Well done!
